Job Summary
Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. Lead a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment by overseeing European-inspired dining at the acclaimed Toro Latin Kitchen & Lounge while maintaining sophisticated service standards. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support daily guest experiences at this premier Fort Lauderdale property.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
