Food and Beverage Manager (Culinary Focus)

Job Summary
Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including kitchen and restaurant service, while leading menu development, recipe execution, and food presentation standards. Recruit, train, and coach team members to manage scheduling, labor productivity, and staffing levels. Control food, beverage, and labor costs by monitoring budgets, forecasts, inventories, and purchasing to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service standards while maintaining exceptional guest service and resolving concerns promptly. Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. This role serves as a succession path to the Executive Chef position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressive leadership experience in culinary and food & beverage operations
- Strong culinary knowledge with restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, inventories, labor, and cost controls
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Arizona Title 4 Manager Alcohol Certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient literacy to read product labels, recipes, and operational documents, and effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
