Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of all food service and beverage programs at the site, supervising and training a team to deliver high-quality customer service. Manage branded national programs and proprietary offerings with attention to portion control, presentation, and consistency while coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain inventory, control food costs and labor budgets, ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards, and conduct regular quality checks. Perform hands-on leadership tasks including lifting and restocking as needed, ensuring cleanliness and efficient operations during peak traffic, and supporting the team to meet performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma required
- Valid State Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Experience with branded food programs and proprietary menu offerings
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment and high-stress situations
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
