Job Summary
Supervise daily Food and Beverage shift operations, monitor compliance with policies and standards, and maintain the operating budget while verifying legal obligations. Manage staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives, assist in ordering supplies, and coordinate cleaning programs across all F&B areas. Support the monthly self-inspection program, operate department equipment, and develop specific goals to prioritize work. Provide guidance to subordinates, analyze performance data, and foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and brand-specific service culture. Review guest satisfaction results, respond to customer service requests, and implement second-effort recovery plans for guest concerns.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
