Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, possess a thorough understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding food and beverage services. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, including lobbies, pools, bars, and dining venues. You will uphold luxury service standards, develop elevated SOPs for a luxury environment, curate personalized dining experiences, address guest feedback with urgency, recruit and develop top-tier F&B talent, foster a culture of professionalism and collaboration, set performance benchmarks, and provide coaching to ensure alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality trends, dining etiquette, and international cuisine.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hospitality software and computer systems.
