Job Summary
Lead and manage the Food and Beverage operations at Rand Tower, Minneapolis for Pyramid Global Hospitality. Provide strategic leadership to achieve fiduciary and quality goals, ensure effective operation of all F&B facets, develop and implement cycle and event menus, manage cost controls for food, beverage, and labor, understand and explain profit & loss statements and payroll, develop inventory systems, oversee hiring and training of F&B personnel, and create a productive, high-service environment aligned with the company’s values. Oversee weekly meetings, inter-department communication, and staff development to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Food & Beverage operations in hospitality (hotel/restaurant) environments
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, labor reporting, and cost control
- Ability to develop and implement marketable menus and event menus
- Experience overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training of F&B staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead a team in a dynamic hotel setting
