Job Summary
Experienced Food & Beverage Manager responsible for overseeing all resort F&B operations across multiple outlets (Clay, Great Porch, Dew Bar, IRD). Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance; maintain quality of food preparation, presentation, and service; manage inventory and coordinate with procurement; implement SOPs across F&B departments. Lead and coach service teams, create schedules to control labor costs, foster a collaborative culture, resolve performance issues, and drive guest satisfaction through consistently elevated dining experiences and proactive guest feedback management.
Required Qualifications
- Three years’ experience in managing food and beverage operations.
- Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
- Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
- Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
