Job Summary
Oversee and influence service and culture of dining operations by directing, implementing, and maintaining service standards while motivating the team. Plan and execute all aspects of service delivery, ensuring high standards through ongoing training, coaching, and guidance. Monitor and assess quality, service, and guest satisfaction trends to make adjustments, and initiate marketing strategies and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue. Maintain the Auberge Resorts Collection culture while managing F&B teams to drive profitability. Requires three years of F&B management experience, event execution skills, and aptitude for financial analysis. Full-time role located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Three years' experience in managing food and beverage operations
- Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams
- Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
- Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
