Job Summary
Lead the overall Food & Beverage operation across GA Kingsx Bar & Kitchen, Conference & Banqueting, The Theatre Bar, and In-Room Dining. Manage and develop a team of approximately 50 colleagues while taking full ownership of departmental performance, profitability, and financial results. Drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction across 17 meeting and event spaces, ensuring seamless collaboration between all hotel departments and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, health & safety, and compliance. Contribute to the hotel's overall commercial strategy and business success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
- Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs and P&L performance
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
- The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
