Job Summary
Wash, peel, and prepare ingredients for service while receiving deliveries, checking stock for quality and expiry dates, and rotating items to maintain freshness. Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, including appliances, ovens, work surfaces, and dishes, while supporting basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior chefs. Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth service and report any suspected weaknesses or breaches in the company's information systems. Uphold all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene responsibilities to protect guests and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work well in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure kitchen
- Good manual dexterity

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Food Hygiene Level 2
