Job Summary
Wash, peel, and prepare ingredients for service while receiving deliveries, checking stock for quality and expiry dates, and rotating items to maintain freshness. Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, including appliances, ovens, work surfaces, and dishes, while supporting basic food preparation tasks directed by senior chefs. Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth service and uphold all safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene responsibilities. Report any suspected weaknesses or breaches in the company's information systems.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work well in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure kitchen
- Good manual dexterity
- Basic food preparation skills

- Food Hygiene Level 2
