Job Summary
Deliver quality food to holidaymakers staying on park while receiving deliveries, checking stock for quality and expiry dates, and rotating items to maintain freshness. Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, including appliances, ovens, work surfaces, and dishes, while supporting basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior chefs. Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth service and report any suspected weaknesses or breaches in the company's information systems. Uphold all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene responsibilities to protect guests and colleagues. Requires a full UK drivers license, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK drivers license
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- willingness to complete training with our support
- The ability to work well in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure kitchen
- Good manual dexterity and basic food preparation skills
- A positive, energetic approach and commitment to great service
- Strong communication skills and a team‐player mindset
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Background checks including DBS (or equivalent)
