Job Summary
Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen at Parkdean Resorts. You will oversee menu planning and design, portion control, stock management, budgeting, food cost monitoring, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards. Lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service, while driving profitability and efficiency through KPI tracking and waste control. Responsible for training, induction, recruitment, and maintaining a safe, organized kitchen environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
