Job Summary
Ensure the complex meets high visual and food safety standards while delivering warm welcomes to guests. Support labour planning, wage cost control, and accurate ordering systems to manage cash handling and stock levels. Monitor portion controls with kitchen teams, handle customer complaints professionally, and maintain compliance across financial controls and mandatory training. Run shifts during the Complex Manager's absence and complete additional tasks as required. This role requires previous F&B supervision experience, cash handling skills, and flexibility for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a food and beverage environment
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Background checks including DBS (or equivalent)
