Job Summary
Lead Food & Beverage operations across parks, supervising a team to deliver guest-focused service while maintaining high standards of food safety and portion controls. Partner with Complex and Kitchen teams to ensure stock levels, ordering accuracy, waste reduction, and achievement of gross profit targets. Support recruitment, induction, and development of staff, coach on service excellence, handle customer complaints professionally, and manage shifts in the Complex Manager's absence. Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, financial controls, and mandatory training; leverage cash handling procedures, labour planning, and cost controls to support efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a food and beverage environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Experience handling cash and following financial control procedures
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
