Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop the front-of-house team across multiple dining venues and event spaces, recruiting, training, and retaining staff to foster a positive, accountable culture. Oversee all food and beverage operations, including à la carte service, private Member events, and social functions, while refining standard operating procedures and ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house alignment. Manage the F&B budget, monitor payroll, coordinate purchasing and inventory, and analyze operational data to drive cost control and performance. Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while curating the Wine Club program through tastings and education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Hospitality Management or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive leadership
- at least 3-5 years at a Director level

- Strong financial acumen
