Food and Beverage Director

The DoubleTree by Hilton Denver is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate dining operations across the property, including restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, and banquet services. Drive revenue growth through innovative programming, menu development, and cost-control initiatives; lead and develop F&B managers and teams; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profit goals; partner with Sales and Events to optimize banquet and catering opportunities; ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and health and safety regulations; monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements; manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory controls. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and a guest-focused mindset to deliver exceptional experiences while maximizing profitability.
