Job Summary
Direct end-to-end concession operations at the Sports and Events Center, managing POS systems, inventory, and equipment checks for seamless service delivery. Optimize food production workflows using predictive analytics and lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of a diverse part-time workforce. Oversee employee relations, enforce labor laws, and act as the primary Compliance Officer for health, sanitation, and alcohol service mandates. Analyze COGS and labor costs to execute margin-improvement initiatives while maintaining strict financial reconciliation and warehouse logistics. Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, M-F, with additional hours as needed. Salary: Minimum $71,376.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Three (3) years leadership experience in high-volume food service management, stadium operations, or a related corporate hospitality environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) and workforce management systems
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound business judgment and execute complex problem-solving under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies and safety standards
- Valid state driver's license
- Acceptable driving history
