Job Summary
Lead and oversee the park's multi-outlet food, beverage, and retail operations as Complex Manager. Drive revenue, control costs, ensure safety and licensing compliance, recruit and develop high-performing teams, and champion service quality to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include stock control, payroll and cash handling, audits, 1:1s and team meetings, acting as Duty Manager in the absence of the General Manager, and contributing to park leadership. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to manage budgets, margins, and KPIs are essential. Flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A Personal Licence, SIA licence, and Food Hygiene Level 3 - or willingness to obtain them with training and support.
