Food and Beverage - Commis Chef - Q02

Commis Chef role at Parkdean Resorts. Contributes to preparing and presenting dishes to company specifications, maintains hygiene standards, assists with stock control and food safety, and collaborates with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include cooking under high volume, checking food temperatures, receiving deliveries, minimizing waste, keeping the section clean, adhering to health and safety and allergen policies, and supporting deep-clean tasks under Head Chef guidance. Requires ability to work varied shifts (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) and a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification; DBS/background checks may be carried out where appropriate.
