Food and Beverage - Commis Chef - Q02

Commis Chef role at Parkdean Resorts across UK parks. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes to specifications, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of your section and the wider kitchen, accurately checking temperatures, completing prep work during service, stock handling and deliveries, supporting portion control to minimise waste, and upholding health and allergen safety policies. You’ll work as part of a kitchen team, communicate professionally, and perform deep-clean tasks as directed by the Head Chef, with DBS/background checks conducted where appropriate. The position requires a Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (or equivalent), the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen, and flexibility to cover varied shifts (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays).
