Job Summary
Commis Chef role in Parkdean Resorts’ kitchen, supporting high-quality dish production and efficient service in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes to specifications, maintaining a clean and hygienic section, accurately recording food temperatures, performing prep work and stock restock, supporting portion control to reduce waste, receiving and storing deliveries with correct stock rotation, communicating clearly with the kitchen team, following health and safety and allergen procedures, and completing deep-clean tasks as directed. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) and a Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (or equivalent); DBS/background checks will be conducted where appropriate. The position offers an opportunity for skill development across Parkdean Resorts’ 65 UK parks and includes staff discounts and wellbeing support.”,
