Commis Chef needed in Parkdean Resorts’ kitchen to prepare and present dishes to specifications, maintain high standards of cookery and service, manage food prep and stock, ensure food temperatures are recorded correctly, support portion control and waste reduction, handle deliveries safely, share updates with the kitchen team, follow health and safety and allergen procedures, and perform deep-clean tasks under the Head Chef in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
