Job Summary
Provide fast, courteous service across multiple dining areas, greet guests, take orders, seat guests, manage guest flow, and handle all cash transactions using a POS system. Ensure accurate order preparation and special requests, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, stock supplies, and perform side work. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations across the Cafe, Jack's Place Restaurant, Snack Bar, and Buffet. Demonstrate strong customer service, cash handling accuracy, and knowledge of health and safety procedures in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with restaurant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
- California Food Handler's Certificate
- Alcohol Beverage Service Certificate
