Job Summary
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food items safely across grill, fryer, pizza, and pasta stations while rotating between locations. Operate kitchen equipment, stock inventory, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Complete opening and closing tasks, report maintenance issues, and interact directly with guests at serving lines to keep the line moving. Weekend and holiday availability required; full-time roles eligible for housing.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend and Holiday availability
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education and/or Experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Winter outdoor work capability (snow shoveling, loading/unloading delivery trucks)
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (speak and understand verbal and written communications)
