Job Summary
Deliver a la carte restaurant service, fine dining and degustation experiences, and bar and lounge table service at the Monarto Safari Resort. Provide function and event service alongside barista and breakfast operations. Maintain high guest service standards across flexible shift patterns including weekends and evenings. Obtain a RSA certificate as required. Join Journey Beyond's experiential tourism group to connect guests to the land and create lasting memories.
Required Qualifications
- Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and evenings
- Have or are willing to obtain a RSA certificate
