Job Summary
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and recommending meals or drinks to make every visit memorable. Deliver top-notch customer service from the first pour to final lock-up while maintaining high standards. Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed, legally able. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting stock, kegs, and deliveries safely. You must hold a current RSA certificate and have flexible availability. Some gaming experience is an asset.
