Job Summary
Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented dining room; responsibilities include waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance. Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement. Know every menu item and answer diners’ questions; record mealtime transactions per Civitas policies and procedures. Interact with residents and guests, respond to dining needs, and ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance. Follow all food and beverage protocols in alignment with the mission of the community.
