Food and Beverage Attendant - Conference & Events

Point of contact for all guest enquiries and assist the C+E Supervisor in ensuring a smooth running of all events. Manage food and beverage operations, including pack up and set up, table setup to high standards, coffee service via the Barista cart, and post-event cleanup to maintain a clean working environment. Uphold hygiene standards for food handling and presentation while leading, mentoring, and training new staff. Requires Victorian RSA certification, barista experience, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Previous hotel experience desirable.
