Job Summary
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while assisting with opening and closing duties to maintain equipment and service areas. Provide proactive food and beverage service across restaurant, bar, and café operations, maximizing sales through recommendations and upselling. Maintain clear communication with the kitchen and hotel team to ensure seamless delivery of prompt, personalized service while upholding high hygiene and food safety standards. This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for hospitality, quality service, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage naturally with guests from diverse backgrounds
- A strong command of written and spoken English
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive, adaptable approach with the ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends, public holidays, and a variety of shift times
- A professional presentation and a genuine enthusiasm for showcasing our food, beverage, and hotel experiences
Desired Qualifications
- Barista certification and/or previous experience preparing specialty coffee is advantageous
