Job Summary
Be the welcoming face of Parkland Social - NY Deli & Grill, delivering warm, genuine service to hotel guests and local diners while maintaining high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene. Work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, plus conferences and special functions, actively promoting menu offerings and events to drive engagement. Contribute ideas to evolve the new restaurant concept and support a safe workplace culture by following WHS practices. Flexible availability required for weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLD
- Flexible availability to work during the week including weekends and public holidays
