Food and Beverage Attendant

Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items and ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders using Micros. Explain the menu to guests, assist those with special dietary needs, and liaise with the kitchen on special requests. Clear and reset tables, maintain hygiene standards for food handling, and promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards. Provide Total Customer Satisfaction through positive, efficient interactions with internal and external clients while adhering to a high standard of grooming. Work various rostered shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
