Job Summary
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure across the restaurant, bar, events, and conference spaces. Take food and beverage orders accurately, confidently recommend menu items and specials, and serve food and drinks while maintaining presentation and quality standards. Operate the POS system to process orders and assist with restaurant bookings, guest enquiries, and telephone reservations. Support the delivery of conferences, functions, weddings, and special events while maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented environment. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements. Take ownership of your section to contribute to a seamless guest experience and act as an ambassador for Elysium Noosa and Accor.
Required Qualifications

- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one
- A team player who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences
