Job Summary
Take food and beverage orders while maximising sales opportunities through recommendations and upselling. Develop a strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel offerings to confidently engage with guests. Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery. Deliver prompt, professional, and personalised service to create memorable dining experiences at BODA Restaurant. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness across all service and guest areas. Work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends, public holidays, and a variety of shift times. Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for hospitality, quality service, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage naturally with guests from diverse backgrounds
- A strong command of written and spoken English
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive, adaptable approach with the ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends, public holidays, and a variety of shift times
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is advantageous
