Job Summary
Operate the POS register for food, drinks, and bar transactions while resetting and bussing the food court seating area. Wash and dry dishes, utensils, and glassware, and manage inventory for plates, cups, and supplies in accordance with store policies. Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash till management and kitchen cleaning, while maintaining proper temperatures for refrigerators and freezers. Respond politely to customer requests and perform restroom checks and laundry duties. Occasionally cross-train to assist the Amusement & Bowling department with POS transactions. Maintain a clean and safe working area, control alcohol service for staff 21+, and report irregular issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum of one to two years' experience in a hospitality or retail environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with management, co-workers and the general public
- Open availability, especially on nights and weekends
- Must be 21+ for staff that handles alcohol
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a bowling establishment
