Food and Beverage Associate

Operate POS registers for food, drinks, and bowling lanes; prepare food and beverage items; reset and bus the food court seating area; wash and dry dishes and utensils. Conduct opening and closing procedures including cash till management and kitchen cleaning. Manage food and beverage inventory, maintain proper refrigeration temperatures, and oversee plates, cups, and utensil stock. Perform restroom checks, cleaning, and laundry of rags. Respond politely to customer requests and occasionally collect payments for arcade games, billiards, darts, and ping pong equipment. This role requires a High School diploma, age 18+, and availability for nights and weekends. The position offers 1 hour of arcade games, 90 minutes of bowling, 1 hour of karaoke, and a 50% food discount per shift.
