Food and Beverage Assistant

Professionally serve Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Coffee, and Dinner while setting tables, delivering food and drink to Bo and Muc, 1887 Whisky, and Beinn Bar, and assisting with drink preparation. Clear and re-lay tables, restock bar and restaurant supplies, polish crockery, and ensure five-star cleanliness standards. Proactively supervise ESG initiatives to reduce energy consumption and wastage, communicating Earth Check policies to the team, guests, and suppliers. Work 45 hours over five days with individually designed on-the-job training and a £250 development learning grant. Accommodation with Wi-Fi and all bills paid is provided, along with healthy meals on duty.
