Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving departmental goals, budgets, and service standards while supervising and training staff to ensure high performance. Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food, beverages, and supplies, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and events, and ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately. Requires TIPS/TAMS and ServeSafe certifications, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within food and beverage
- TIPS/TAMS Certification
- ServeSafe Certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and POS systems
- 2+ years preferred
