Job Summary
Supervises and oversees Resort Food and Beverage operations and staff, enforces food safety practices, and ensures an exceptional guest dining experience. Provides guidance to Food & Beverage staff, maintains efficient operations, ensures responsible beverage service policies are followed, fosters guest service excellence, develops team members through training, maintains sanitary food and beverage areas, and ensures equipment and supplies are stocked and clean.
Required Qualifications

- ServSafe Manager Certification
- CA ABC Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- 1 year food & beverage experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- 21 years of age
