Food and Beverage Assistant

Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while maintaining department standards and objectives. Report for duty on time, adhere to personal presentation guidelines, and attend planned learning sessions. Communicate clearly between customers and the kitchen, anticipate guest needs, and build rapport through proactive service. Optimize customer spends using promotional awareness and suggestive selling techniques. Ensure all products meet specified presentation and delivery guidelines, close transactions effectively, and solicit feedback. Support colleagues during team tasks and apply fully during training and briefing exercises.
