Job Summary
Food and Beverage Assistant role supporting hotel dining operations. Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient F&B service to guests, maintaining exceptional service standards in line with guest expectations. Work as part of a team in restaurant/bar and hotel/venue banqueting environments, adhering to department standards, understanding products and pricing, and communicating clearly between guests and kitchen/dispense. Proactive about welcoming guests, building rapport, promoting promotions, and maximizing guest spend through suggestive selling. Fully briefed pre/post service, participate in team training, and contribute to a positive service tone. Uniform provided; opportunities for staff development, flexible hours, health programme, and regular service charges.
