Job Summary
Welcome guests, assist with table setup and replenishment, and serve beverage orders including coffee and tea. Liaise with the kitchen on special requests and handle guest inquiries with a proactive approach. Keep service areas clean and tidy while moving heavy objects per manual handling SOP. Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and valid working rights in Australia. Work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays without overnight requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Must hold the rights to work in Australia
- Must be able to move heavy objects according manual handling SOP
- Ability to be flexible and work on a rotating roaster including weekends and public holidays
- Must have valid and current working rights in Australia
