Job Summary
Distribute critical information among five restaurants, bar, and F&B leadership regarding scheduling, payroll, and operations. Process attendance paperwork, fill open shifts, and schedule interviews for applicants while maintaining department records and files. Prepare internal communications, take meeting minutes, and order small-wares by submitting purchase orders. Collaborate with the F&B Director on menu creation for events and coordinate with Marketing for promotions. Notify staff of training and meetings, manage vendor repairs, and cover urgent administrative tasks when leadership is absent. Perform duties in compliance with safety standards and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from High School or equivalent
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Punctuality
- Consistent presence during scheduled work hours
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Highly organized
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
