Job Summary
F&B Supervisor responsible for supervising all aspects of the outlet’s operations, including booking management, stock control, POS updates, reporting, and opening/closing checklists; drive exceptional guest service through prompt greeting/seating, timely and accurate service, handling complaints, and soliciting feedback; provide hands-on leadership with daily on-the-job training, onboarding support, cross-training, recruitment assistance, rostering, and performance management; maintain cleanliness, product knowledge, and awareness of menu trends to enhance efficiency and service; foster teamwork across the outlet and hotel departments, support conferences/events, and maintain open communication with managers; promote a positive workplace culture, drive team engagement, and ensure an enjoyable, productive environment for staff and guests; require experience in Melbourne’s hospitality scene, solid F&B operations knowledge, collaboration, attention to detail, passion for hospitality, customer service, and basic POS/financial reporting skills; flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
