Operate and monitor three automated optical inspection (AOI) camera systems, performing quality assurance inspections based on camera images and tracking defects for root cause analysis and solution development. Lead process improvement and optimization projects, support new product introductions, and organize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for AOI equipment. Manage daily production preconditions, handle issues, and generate reports while coordinating with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technology development teams.
