Job Summary
Provide evidence-based clinical care to LGBTQIA+ members via telehealth, covering gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health. Manage asynchronous tasks including lab review and answering member clinical questions while participating in regular case study discussions and training sessions. Maintain timely chart completion in a remote work environment using proficiency with virtual meeting platforms. Earn $95 per 30-minute appointment or $47.50 per 15-minute appointment with biweekly pay. Required Qualifications
- Multiple active state NP licenses
- At least 1 state specific Federal DEA license
- Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure if required in your state(s) of practice
- Master's degree or equivalent from a college or university
- National Certification through appropriate licensing authority
- Experience in providing primary care
- Organizational and time management skills that allow for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment
- Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms
Desired Qualifications
- NPs licensed ideally in some of the following core states: GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, IL
- Ideal but not required: Compact RN license (expedites NP licensing in any compact states)
- Ideal but not required: 30 contact hours Continuing Education or a 15 week college level course in pharmacology within the last 2-3 years
- Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
