Job Summary
Manage fleet logistics by handling inbound calls, gathering customer requirements, and entering unit location data precisely. Ensure accurate billing communication with service providers, process estimates, and make outbound calls to update customers on open events. Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher during roadside problems and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. This role supports Cox Fleet's 24/7/365 operations with a variable schedule, requiring a high school diploma and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong customer service experience
- Class start date: October 5, 2026
- Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
- Available work schedules: TBD, but we operate in a 24/7/365 environment
- This position is fully remote for those living outside of a 30-mile radius of 300 Commerce Dr, Cherryville, NC
- This position is hybrid for those living within a 30-mile radius of 300 Commerce Dr, Cherryville, NC
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited
- Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
