FOIA Project Manager

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day management and coordination of project activities supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, records, or related federal program functions. Serve as a primary liaison among project staff, company leadership, and government stakeholders to support service delivery, workforce coordination, and contract performance. Monitor schedules, deliverables, staffing, workload, and performance requirements while tracking status, risks, issues, and action items. Coordinate project resources, prepare reports and briefings, and support quality assurance and process improvement activities. Assist with personnel onboarding, training, and follow-up on project priorities. This position is contingent upon contract award and final customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated project or program management experience
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities and deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government programs or contracts preferred
- Experience supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, records management, legal support, case management, or related federal programs
- Experience managing contract personnel or service-delivery teams
- Familiarity with federal contracting environments
- PMP certification or other project management credentials
- Experience with quality control, reporting, workflow management, or process improvement
