Job Summary
FOH Team Member responsible for providing an exciting, entertaining, and safe environment for guests; role includes supporting Front of House operations and a variety of positions such as Party Host, Food Support, Servers, Bartenders, Corporate Hosts, Event Assistants, and more; must have high energy, a passion for guest service, and the ability to work weekends/holidays; responsibilities include explaining and helping guests with questions, partnering with team members and managers to meet daily goals, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area; opportunities for advancement within the Southeast region and a culture that treats team members as part of the family; perks include free bowling, laser tag, monthly rewards, benefits where eligible, and participation in company-wide events.
Required Qualifications
- 16+ years of age
- Must be 18+ to be a server, bartender, corporate host
- High energy and outgoing personality a must
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well as a team and contribute to other departments when needed
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
