Job Summary
FOH Team Lead leads Front of House operations for a Pacific Catch restaurant, guiding guest-facing service with a focus on first-class hospitality. Responsibilities include directing FOH staff across shifts, mentoring and training team members, ensuring fast, accurate service, representing the brand to guests, managing inventory and cash control procedures, maintaining station and dining room readiness, resolving guest concerns, and completing administrative duties with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Requires 4+ years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience with 2 years in management, proficiency with MS Office and Toast POS, cost-awareness via P&L considerations, leadership by example, and a passion for environmental stewardship.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience, with 2 years in management
- You’ve managed other successful, high-volume restaurants in an innovative chain
- You possess a proven track record of effectively and empathetically training, mentoring, and managing hourly employees
- Technology savvy: comfortable with MS Office, Google Apps/programs, & Toast POS, use of tablets and/or handheld devices
- Understanding of a P&L statement always looking for opportunities to improve sales or manage costs
- Holds themselves to high standards and expects the same from their team; leads by example
- Passionate about protecting our oceans and environment
